Paper prints need to be behind framed glass. We prefer the museum grade conservation glass with its anti-reflective feature. Also keep in mind when choosing a size, an image with a four inch mat and two inch frame will increase the overall size by eleven inches in width and height. Though a beautiful product, glass needs to be cleaned often, and can break in higher traffic areas.
Canvas can be wrapped around a 1.5” structural frame and hung on its own. Or it can be wrapped on a 3/8” frame and put in a floating frame depending on size. Canvas textures will always diminish the details of the photography.
Acrylic is a stunning presentation. The image is on the back side of the acrylic and it can be hung as is, or put in a floating frame. Acrylic gives an image depth, protects the image, and is more durable than glass.
Metal is done in a few ways. We like the Dibond®. Metal can be printed where all white in the image is white, or where the brushed metal background replaces all the white in the photograph. A very industrial look. These can be hung as is, or put in a floating frame.

When hanging prints in an office it’s always nice to display consistency where you can. For instance the centre of every image at 62” from the ground. Matching frames or print type. Even the same frame size in height. A 10x24 vertical between office doors will be consistent with a 20x24 vertical and a 24x36 horizontal in the same room.
All framing is custom and is in addition to the prices listed above.
